There no train from Delhi to Manali. In fact, Manali has no railway connectivity and no railway tracks.
Most of the people think that Shimla has a toy train then there would be definitely trained connectivity with Manali from Shimla which is not true.
Shimla has Toy train connectivity from Kalka near Chandigarh however there no such toy train track for Manali.

The Nearest well-connected railway station for Manali is Chandigarh which is 320 KM from Manali. If you are planning your journey for Manali by train you should book your train ticket from different parts of the country till Chandigarh. You will find trains for Chandigarh from all over India.

Chandigarh to Manali is hilly terrain. The Road is curvy, the only way to travel Manali from Chandigarh is either by car, bus or by flight.
It will take around 8- 10 hours to reach Manali by Road. By flight, it would take around 1 hour, however, there is only 1 flight from Chandigarh for Bhuntar which is around 40 KM from Manali.

The flights are quite costly for the 1-hour journey. Since there is only 1 flight for Manali, its dam costly .
